Arranging Notarial Services
Some documents require notarisation before they can be legalised for use abroad. A notarial act in England and Wales can only be performed by a Notary Public regulated by the Faculty Office of the Archbishop of Canterbury.
JS Wrights & Co is not a Notary Public and does not perform notarial acts. Where our clients need a notarised document, we coordinate the appointment with an independent regulated Notary Public, arrange document delivery, and then handle the downstream apostille and embassy legalisation steps. The notary's fee is invoiced separately by the notary or shown as a disbursement on our invoice.
If you require notarisation, please contact us and we will refer you to a regulated notary.
